Chocolate Brownies

Our Chocolate brownies here are made with dark chocolate then covered in dark chocolate ganache and then finished with our handmade chocolate decorations..

Chocolate Logs

These can be made in milk or plain chocolate and are very moreish. They are finished with scrumptious white chocolate.

Marzipanas

Our marzipanas have been a big hit in the German community. Marzipan is eaten covered in chocolate in Germany. These are know as Marzipan kartoffel or Marzipan potatoes.

Walnut Mendiants

We have created Walnut Mendiants here which are on a base of gorgeous dark chocolate.
