Terms and Conditions of Business

For Weddings

Availability
We prefer to take 1 Wedding booking for the day as this helps to ensure that the booking we have received has top priority. We want your cake to be decorated and assembled so that it has the WOW factor and is perfect. To ensure we can take your booking on please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.

Payment
We charge a deposit to secure your date. The deposit is made at the time of confirmation.
If paying by card the full balance must be received 4 weeks before the delivery date. At this time we will send you an email to remind you of the full payment that is due. Failure to complete this payment within 48 hours will result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cheques must be made payable to Fabulicious Cakes and we must receive the full payment 4 weeks before the delivery date as cheques need to be cleared before we can make or deliver the cake

Delivery
We will deliver and assemble and decorate the cake on the day provided we have received the full payment 4 weeks prior to the delivery date

It is important that the delivery address details are correct. In the event of an incorrect address being given we can not be held responsible for any late delivery.

When you know where your cake will be displayed at the venue, instructions should be given before hand as to where the cake should be displayed or please ensure there is someone there to inform us.

Once the cake is delivered,decorated and assembled,the cutting, serving and storage of the cake at the venue becomes the responsibility of the client, but we are happy to advise you on this prior to the occasion.

We will require a signature on site to confirm the cake has been delivered. We can accept no liability for loss or damage that might occur after we have delivered and assembled the cake.

Cancellation
In the event of canceling 1 month after your booking, the deposit for securing your date becomes non refundable.

For Celebration Cakes and Corporate Cakes

Availability
We want to give your Cake our attention and time, so the sooner you know you when you want a cake, let us know to ensure we can fit you in.

Payment
We charge a deposit to ensure we make the cake for the day you want. The balance is due on collection of the cake.
For Corporate Cakes a cheque will be required on collection of the cake.

Delivery
There will be additional charges for this.

Cancellation
If you cancel 1 week before the date of your event the deposit is fully refundable. After this it will be non refundable.
