Portugese Flag Cake

Hi Helen,

The cake you made for my sister's birthday was a huge success particularly as half of her life is in Portugal so the flag shaped cake was a complete surprise to her. Man on a Bench Cake

Dear Helen
I hope you had a fantastic holiday. I am sorry that I haven’t been into see you since I collected the cake! It was a roaring success and a great talking point on the day. Everybody was delighted with the models and were able to recognise my father-in-law sat on his bench with Truffle. My sister-in-law was planning to buy some special spray so that they can preserve the models.

Thank you so very much for all your hard work, not just the time spent making the cake and models, but also the time you spent with me discussing the design and reviewing photo’s – it was a very personal service and greatly appreciated. You have a fantastic gift for creating bespoke cakes and I really hope to see you next year when I have a special birthday!

Red Blue and Yellow Bricks and Stars Christening Cake

Dear Helen

This is not an enquiry but a very big THANK YOU for Lewis Jack's christening cake. It proved to be a very popular part of the celebrations and lots of the guests were very complimentary about it.

My daughter tried to keep the bricks from the top but, although I said that they were not edible, a few disappeared before she could hide them! There were a few tell-tale coloured tongues and lips too!!

There was enough to give away at the end for people who hadn't been able to come, and a good sized bit for me to bring home and enjoy for several days...

I loved my birthday cake because the idea of a huge cupcake was innovative and fun. The cake was well made and had not one but many layers of jam, it was delicious and moist too.

The cake was so nice we didn't need dessert and there was still some left over too. If taste and flavour are important then I would recommend a cake from fabulicious.
